A Vision 2030 mega-project — a city of the future on 26,500 km² (the size of Belgium). Budget $500B+. Includes Trojena (ski resort), Sindalah (luxury island), Oxagon (industrial hub), The Line (170 km linear city). Phased launch through 2030.

- Hisma Desert — red cliffs and canyons. Safari, stargazing camps.

Tabuk Regional Airport (TUU) — direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah. ~3 hours by car to NEOM. Direct flights to NEOM Bay Airport (NUM) since 2023.
