1. General provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (the "Offer") is an official proposal by LLP «AlmaCEO», BIN 220540013361 (the "Provider"), operating under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to any individual or legal entity (the "Client") to enter into a services agreement on the terms below.
1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is made by submitting a request via the form on insidesaudia.co, emailing info@almaceo.kz, or paying an issued invoice.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider renders consulting services regarding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: tourist and business travel support, visa support, hotel and transfer booking, relocation and Iqama/Premium Residency, real estate, business setup (MISA, CR, RHQ), tax consulting.
2.2. Services related to Mecca and Medina (including Umrah and Hajj) are not part of insidesaudia.co. For these, the Provider refers to the partner project Qazaq Umra Services.
3. Pricing and payment
3.1. Three packages: Standard — $49 (visa consultation, route), Business — $199 (extended support with Iqama, real estate), Corporate — individual quote.
3.2. Payment is 100% prepayment via bank transfer. Work begins after funds are received.
3.3. Government fees (visa, license, RETT, etc.) are paid by the Client separately via official KSA channels.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The Provider undertakes to render services on time, keep information confidential, inform of material risks, and use only official KSA platforms.
4.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate data, pay on time, comply with the law of Kazakhstan and KSA, and not use materials (including guides) commercially without permission.
5. Liability and limitations
5.1. The Provider is not liable for decisions by KSA government bodies (visa, license, Iqama refusals) made for reasons beyond the Provider's quality of work.
5.2. The Provider is not a KSA tax advisor or attorney. For legally significant decisions, consult a licensed specialist in the Kingdom.
5.3. Guides and materials are informational. KSA law updates regularly — verify current norms on official portals.
6. Refunds
6.1. Full refund is possible if the Provider has not started work.
6.2. A pro-rata refund is possible if the Client cancels while part of the work is done.
6.3. No refund after full service delivery or after submitting applications to KSA bodies (when fees are paid and work is done).
7. Personal data
7.1. The Client consents to processing of personal data under the law of Kazakhstan on personal data.
7.2. Data is used solely to render services and is not shared with third parties except as needed to perform the agreement (banks, KSA bodies).
8. Final provisions
8.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; otherwise in the courts of Kazakhstan at the Provider's location.
8.2. The Provider may amend the Offer. Changes take effect upon publication on insidesaudia.co.
